Sammie was so AWESOME & PATIENT with me. I have Morton's Neuroma & am very, very limited to the STYLE shoe I can wear. I use to wear a New Balance shoe, but my shoe size went up & they do not carry anything for me in Women or Men. Sammie took the time to listen to my needs. I tried on a lot of sizes & Women/Men shoes. She made me feel like the only person in the store even though it was busy. She introduced me to the Membership program, which is exactly what I needed because I was very uncomfortable choosing a shoe & finding out my Morton's Neuroma pain was back.

I ordered then saw how bad trust pilot reviews were and got very concerned my order would be wrong. I couldn't have been more wrong or more pleased with my order. Arrived quickly and was correct shoes, colors and size. The prices are almost not believable how low they are. I ordered Nike vomero plus and then they send fit 2 run cash and another discount so I ordered a second pair. One pair in neon and one all black. Bother showed up perfectly. Saved $50 on the second order. My new go to place until they let me down.

I brought the superblast 2 pink glo and the novablast 5 on January 1. The shoes both arrived on January 10th and still had the tags on them. The deal was amazing and I was worried because of the bad reviews but the shoes came in new condition, and in the correct sizes!

I purchased the wrong size and the company was very supportive in helping me figure out the return process. As it is a smaller company, there were some extra steps that I was happy to take as I would rather return my shoes than have the wrong size. The customer service agent Louie went above and beyond to support me via email exchange back and forth, all in one day.

I ordered the ASICS nova last 3 cause it was on sale and was worried about it not being in stock due to it being an older shoe. So I called to make sure they had it and I was on hold for 20 min which is understandable it seems like a smaller company. I then spoke with Minivera who was extremely helpful and made sure that my order was on my way THAT NIGHT. She was very pleasant to talk to and even helped me pick out the color! Very talkative and genuine when speaking to her. Highly recommend to others!!!

I know there are a lot of bad reviews here and wanted to share mine, which actually turned out pretty decent. Ordered a pair of ON's at a great price then came across all these reviews and got nervous so I emailed asking about the order. A couple days later I still hadn't gotten a response so I called the customer service number. After a short hold I got a friendly rep who assured me that the order had been received and was being processed. 6 days after I ordered, I received my tracking email. 10 days after I ordered, I received the shoes. A bit on the longer side, yes. But for the price, I was happy. Good experience.

I️ have ordered shoes online from Fit2Run twice now and both times the shoes have been at a great discounted price, have arrived on time and in new condition just as advertised. I️ will continue to order shoes from them and recommend them to others. I️ wear a large size shoe. Most stores only carry a few in my size and they sell out quickly, so I️ order shoes online often.
