Nothing really went wrong other than you sold a part that normally retails for around 80 dollars for 843.00 dollars because it was hard to find. Just one more case of truck retail putting a target on the back of truck owners. Your people and shipping was excellant.

Your site said you had items in stock, went through entire order process, waited several days, and got an email cancelling the order. twice this occurred. If you don't have the parts- don't list them. you wasted two weeks of my time between waiting for you to cancel orders and having to go look up another part. Ended up paying more locally and wish I had just done that in the first place.

I ordered a part then I went to check on the status of the shipping and then I got a notice saying that it was out of stock but still showed on your website that it’s available

Ordered in stock part with next day air early shipping. Week later canceled order since it still had not come yet. Threatened to sue them for their deceptive business practices. Still waiting on my refund. Horrible experience and recommend no one ever order from them.
