Great integrity! Long story.... They had a OEM Cummins part advertised for less than 20% of the retail. I called to verify the price. They confirmed. It was an older and uncommon part so I thought it might be old stock they just wanted to get rid of. When I received my order, it was one part that is in the kit for the part number I ordered. I waited a few weeks for the rest to arrive and called when it didn't. They told me they already shipped the part and I received it. I told them I received one of the parts in the kit, not the whole kit (which was the part number I ordered. They made a mistake. Honestly the price was too good to be true and I completely understand a mistake. I said send me a return label and I'll send it back. No big deal. I don't want to say exactly what they did instead online. What I will say is that they did me VERY good on the situation. They didn't give me what I ordered for the price advertised, and I didn't expect them to. This was a VERY expensive part and I wouldn't expect someone to eat 4 figures worth of money over an honest mistake. To me, that just isn't right. What they did to remedy the situation was extremely honorable and I think very fair to both of us. I would definitely recommend dealing with them. Everyone makes mistakes. Doing everything within reason to make up for it is rare anymore. Hat tip guys!
