I tried to purchase a yearly policy with this company, all went well until the salesman Jack Adams tried to upsale me to a multi year policy. I had agreed to a one year, gave him my checking routing and acct #. He then proceeded to tell me about his multi year plan an said we had to pay for for it all up front. We told him we needed to see info and a sample contract on this multi year plan and verify in an email all the terms. Next thing we get an email 6 times from Maverick pay systems that our payment had been accepted. I told Jack that and he said we could cancel and get refund anytime. We had not agreed to this policy. He told us he canceled the payment. Worried that this was false we contacted our bank to stop payment. 24 hours later we get notice from bank the stop payment, they submitted it three times just as I expected. I got disgusting emails from Jack, one even said I had bad credit. I had to use my checking because this was for my rental business and had no credit card for this business. Please think twice if your looking to buy from this company. If you get in contact with Jack Adams ask for another representative.
