Warning; This is the worst Warranty Company. They have horrible customer service. They don't bank their product & you can't even review them on BBB. Things have gotten so Toxic that I've had to file a complaint with the Attorney General. Stay Far Away. (P.S. They treated my mom just as poorly with a different situation. She was so angry that she filed a complaint 1st. I really regret recommending them to her). I bought a Home Warranty Policy "Special Promo" to get an extra year free & $15 discount on my Service Fees. I was promised Cancellation at any time without any problems because I'm disabled & on a fixed income. When I called to file a Claim for a leak & cancel the remaining years, I was told the "Years" couldn't be separated, & I'd had have any amount paid for my "Claims" deducted from my refund. All Legal & Marketing Documents ONLY address! 1 Year Policies, therefore, if the Merchant failed to Excluded mine from this Rule under the " ""Special Promotion" I purchased, then they were in breach of their contract. My Credit Card Company agreed & refunded the monies, but weeks after the dispute was closed the Merchant's Lawyer sent a letter with an email sent thier Sales Manager emailed me with the contact info of a Plumber. Instead of completing due dilegence, they besmirched my character & lied saying I received "Services Rendered," which is 💯 false. My Venmo Recharged me, the Merchant chancelles the policy (yet to refund me), & now Venmo wants me to work with the Merchant eventhough they know I NEVER received the Services per the Attorney's letter. He LIED to my Credit Card Company & got them to Recharge my card. I called the merchant today & they can't even tell me if my policy is active. It's been a mess. Dealing with this on top of my father passing away last month has me at my breaking point. 9/13/23: Submitted a complaint to the State Attorney General, as the Company Cancelled my policy (4 years too soon) without issuing a refund. Waiting for the Attorney General's Office to get back to me, but they appear to devoid of fear of any Reprocucions despite who's inquiring. I'm concerned my Dispute will need to be resolved in court, as they have in essence stolen my money, & my Credit Card Company has been just as Useless. I would also advise people to steer clear of Venmo Credit Cards, as they have sided with the Merchant despite the clear & Blatant misconduct.

Don’t trust these scammers and don’t buy warranty from this company Scam company sending unlicensed technicians that don’t understand and speak English Absolutely horrible coverage - They give pennies when you spend thousands on policy purchase Absolutely horrendous customer service and Supervisor is too rude Instead of resolving the issues, they put our account on hold.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with First Premier Home Warranty, and I cannot stress enough how much of a rip-off this company truly is. From start to finish, my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, their customer service is abysmal. I had multiple issues with my appliances and systems at home, and whenever I tried to file a claim, I was met with unhelpful representatives who seemed disinterested and lacked any knowledge about the services they were supposed to provide. It felt like talking to a brick wall – frustrating and utterly pointless. But the worst part came when I decided that I had had enough of their incompetence and wanted to cancel my contract. Little did I know that the cancellation fee would be a staggering 60% of what I had paid for the policy! That's right, they were more than willing to take my hard-earned money for a service they never actually delivered, and when I wanted out, they still managed to squeeze even more money out of me. It's like being scammed twice – once when you buy the policy and again when you try to leave. It's clear that First Premier Home Warranty is more interested in making a quick buck than actually providing quality service. Their exorbitant cancellation fee speaks volumes about their intentions. I can't help but feel like I've been conned into a money-grabbing scheme, and I sincerely regret ever getting involved with this company. Save yourself the frustration, headache, and hard-earned cash – stay far away from First Premier Home Warranty. There are plenty of reputable and honest home warranty companies out there that actually care about their customers and provide the services they promise. Do not make the same mistake I did – this company is a rip-off, and you'll regret ever giving them your business.

First premier Home Warranty employs con people to cheat I fraud customers. Wow it is like in the New York Opera people are really good con actors. I am in New York state of mind.

My A/C unit quit working. First Premier allowed me to call my own technician. The technician said the compressor was bad due to "NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR." I was given two options: replace the compressor or replace the unit. First Premier denied the claim because I could not provide them with 36 months of maintenance. I bought the house 12 months prior and didn't have the maintenance records. I tried to reason with them - normal maintenance on an A/C unit wouldn't include maintenance of a compressor. I even asked them to meet me halfway with a buyout of the unit. They still denied the claim and refused to communicate with me. They sold me a useless bill of goods! DON'T USE THEM!!!!!!!
