I was looking at doing contract work for this company, they sent an email saying i have to leave them a positive review in order to get work thru them. What a dishonest scamming company. I will not leave a fake review.

My refrigerator broken down and the company did not cover my parts on my refrigerator. I went without a refrigerator for 20. I have to call a someone else to come and fix my refrigerator.

Hard to believe right when you click on their name Trust Pilot warns that first premier home warranty of Brooklyn has been busted for planting fake reviews. Doesn’t that tip you off? The contractors don’t get paid. Every one of them needs to write a review to warn other contractors these professional criminals don’t pay their bills. How in the world is this company still open?

Do not do work with this company, they are very hard to get ahold of and do not pay their contractors. They also will say work is covered and then not cover it. The office is also very hard to get ahold of I had to call over 20 times to get ahold of someone after being on hold and transferred several times each call was about 40 minutes long. I called daily for the representatives to tell my Todd is the only one who can process payment but he was always out of the office after authorization was given. Please do not waste your time or money with this company.

so far it has been terrible! they refuse to cover stuff, lie about stuff, the people in the claims act like children and will not talk to you as an adult, and everyone refuses to take accountability.... this is the worst i have ever had to deal with any company!!! please do NOT use them!!!!
