We are trying to become service providers and signing up to be a contractor with the company has been easy so far. Cant wait to provide services to homeowners in need with this home warranty.

Great company to work with.

Do not use First Premier Home Warranty unless you want to lose money and be very frustrated. They do not have a list of competent service providers, they do not pay fully for service, they do not pay for replacements, their customer service is slow and unhelpful...the list goes on and on. My warranty is for 10 years (paid almost $4,000), and I tried canceling after one and a half years, but they are only approving a refund of $600. I continually ask for a breakdown of how they determined my refund, but they will not email me back or return my calls. They are scammers. DO NOT USE THEM.

First Premier HW sent one policy when we signed up 6 pages long. It was everything we discussed with sales agent. After 3-Year Policy payment of $1350 was paid to FPHW we received a 19 page policy that had many exclusions that agent had previously said were included on the sales call. When we received the 19 page policy there was no reference to the fact that the 6 page policy they had sent had been rescinded, no warning to read a new policy and agree to new terms. At no point in time did they mention this new 19 page policy received with the welcome letter was different than the 6 page policy received with 1st with welcome letter. FPHW which policy do you stand by? We have two that you sent us. Is this a bait and switch? We had added pool coverage but when our motor went out June 2023 they refused to cover the pool pump, which is clearly covered in the extended pool coverage policy. To date they have done nothing to to fulfill their contractual duty. We paid the $1350 3 year package fee and have now paid for two service calls. They have paid NOTHING. This company is a joke. I have four other home warranties companies currently and many others in the past. I have never had such a run-a-round. Straight out DECEPTION. Do not use this company.
