These vitamins are extremely expensive and your subscription communications stink. No reminders of upcoming refills, no option to delay or skip. As soon as I find a more affordable product, I’m canceling.

Great product that my child actually enjoys and takes without a fuss! We have tried others brands but First day is our favorite.

I give it a one star. I’ve tried to cancel first day several times now and I keep getting charged and sent packages. They do everything but cancel your subscription.

Tasty gummies. Mag calming sleep seems to help.

Fining it very difficult to cancel order. Had tried to do it once and the suspended it for a time. Will not refund me for unwanted delivery and have yet to cancel it

We purchased First Day Vitamins for our whole family — men’s, women’s, teen/kids multivitamins, and nighttime magnesium for the kids. With everyone having different needs, I was curious to see how they’d work for us. I’ll start with my kindergartener. She was doing well at school, but we had been dealing with some concerning behaviors at home. Pretty quickly after starting the vitamins, we noticed a really positive change in her behavior. She also loves the flavor and actually looks forward to taking them! She has also struggled with chronic leg cramps, which we’ve discussed with her pediatrician, and magnesium was suggested. After about two weeks, we noticed her leg cramps had considerably decreased. I can only speak to our experience, but that has been a huge positive for us. My teen is a little harder to impress — she takes them, but definitely isn’t a fan of the flavor! 😂 The adults in our family enjoy the flavor, though. I can’t say I notice a dramatic difference from the women’s vitamins yet, but I genuinely like the feeling of doing something for myself and prioritizing my own needs. The men’s vitamins have been well received too, although we haven’t noticed any major changes yet. And I have to mention the customer service. I reached out through chat with some questions, and the representative was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. They took the time to answer everything and helped me resolve the issues I was having. Overall, we’re really happy we gave First Day a try. Every family member has had a different experience, but for us the children's vitamins have made a difference in the health of our child and that's worth the price. I will continue to purchase the children's vitamins 100%.

I tried to email you guys so many times stop sending me my orders, but you guys don’t listen. I don’t need it. That was just for a gift stop sending it to me.

I feel bad complaining but the last two shipments/months of the multi vitamins have been very sticky and almost difficult to pick apart! Just thought you should know, Beverly Terpstra
