I love First Day. It changed my kids' lives. The only reason I stopped subscribing is because I have been paying customs fee which they refund to me (they are all nice), and their shipping company which is UPS, reported me to debt collection agency without verifying if its my fault or not. Ended up validated that its not my fault. I think First Day should change their shipping company. And also, customs fee shouldn't be included with the fees. BUT, all in all, First Day Vits is the best of all.

Orders are automatically charged to your previous payment on file without any prior notification and NEVER able to cancel an order. Was charged $140 for a shipment I never ordered and then the whole thing was sent to a months old address in a completely different city, still nothing they could do. Emailed them twice, nothing. Ridiculous. No vitamin is worth this company stealing your money with disgusting gotcha tactics.
