The product is decent but not as good…
The product is decent but not as good as when I first purchased it. The amount if magnesium has dropped and the consistency of the gummies is different with every order. Sometimes they are firmer and sometimes they are all stuck together in the bottle.

The kids like the multi vitamins
The kids like the multi vitamins. There are usually two stuck together but that’s how many the kids take. The price is high and the whole subscription thing is annoying.

Great vitamins
Great vitamins, I like how they come in a temp package to put in the original container but the last few orders the vitamins are all stuck to each other. I'm home during the day so the package doesn't sit at my door for any period of time. It makes it hard to get them out each morning when they are all stuck together. My teens prefer that they are gummies but don't taste like candy and aren't too sticky with them having braces.

I love First Day, but..
I love First Day. It changed my kids' lives. The only reason I stopped subscribing is because I have been paying customs fee which they refund to me (they are all nice), and their shipping company which is UPS, reported me to debt collection agency without verifying if its my fault or not. Ended up validated that its not my fault. I think First Day should change their shipping company. And also, customs fee shouldn't be included with the fees. BUT, all in all, First Day Vits is the best of all.

Love the product but the auto send…
Love the product but the auto send feature makes it hard because we have too much! I hold the orders and still have too much.

Is it working?
It is hard to know exactly what is or is not making the difference but these vitamins obviously are helping my teenage daughter rather than hurting her. The shipment is regular but we live outside the continental US so shipping is delayed by a month which was especially confusing at first. I really appreciate being able to manage the subscription by pausing it for a month or two.

I haven’t had any issues that I have…
I haven’t had any issues that I have had to reach out to customer service. But I think that’s a good thing :) everything is delivered when it’s supposed to, nothing to complain about here so far!

Overall great company.
Great website, seems like quality vitamins. They do tend to melt into a blob but can usually separate with a little picking. I get the teen and women’s and I’m liking the magnesium wind down.
