When I emailed this company.. The representative said.. After reviewing your account, it appears that the subscription option was selected when adding the gummies to your cart and then checking out when the order was placed. My response.. It was selected because your site had it preselected without my knowledge. I did not click a button or intentionally subscribe to anything. The subscription was already selected, meaning I would have had to notice it and manually unselect it in order to avoid being charged. As I explained before, the subscription box is extremely small and easy to overlook. I believe this design is misleading and could cause many customers to unknowingly subscribe because they simply cannot see the option clearly. I find this practice extremely dishonest and unfair. It feels like you are taking advantage of customers by making the subscription easy to miss and then charging them for something they never knowingly agreed to. I also paused my subscription because there was no option available to actually cancel it. The only option I could find was to “pause” the subscription, which is a joke. Your cancellation policy refers to canceling a subscription, but how can a customer cancel if there is no actual “Cancel Subscription” option provided? Pausing a subscription is not the same as canceling it. I should not have to search for a hidden cancellation option(which isn't available) or continue being subscribed simply because your website only provides a pause option. Also, my son said the vitamins were horrible, so we wouldn’t have purchased them again anyway. AVOID PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!! REPORT TO THE BBB

Company auto-enrolls you in a subscription without asking for your consent. The company does not allow you to remove your subscription via any form on their own website Support wants to lure you into "pushing back" your future deliveries. WTF, the shadiest business I ever experienced.

There are NO options to cancel your account. I had not unchecked the tiny “subscribe” so I got a recurring order to my surprise. I searched the entire website for a way to cancel this. There is no way to do this. You can only delay your subscription for a year. This to me is very suspicious, not user friendly, and traps customers. I have reported this to the BBB.

Stay away from this subscription based company, the do not allow you to easily cancel, they wont reply to emails once you request to cancel and they DO NOT honor the Satisfaction guarantee listed clearly on their website.
