I ordered a firmstrong mens urban cruiser in October of last year (2017). They e-mail and tell me the bike will be sent in June or July of this year. This is the second time they have e-mailed a delay. The bike has been paid for; now I do not knowif I will ever see it.

I have had a Firmstrong CA520 26" 3-speed for over 5 years and my wife sports an Urban Lady 20" model and we constantly get compliments on our custom cruisers as we cruise the beaches of Hilton Head Island. You won't get a better quality bike anywhere...

Honestly the worst buying experience I ever had. Bike they said they had they couldn't find, arrived late every with rush shopping, and finally when it did arrive it had a large dent in the back fender. I would rate lower than one if possible. Customer service was a nightmare and completely unapologetic.
