The same components fail almost immediately upon purchase of the chrome beach cruisers!(I’ve had 4 of this model bike now) The pre-2010 version was the only one while well weathered/used, did not fail or break often. Since 2014 the new chrome beach cruisers: Pedals break within the first week (went threw 5 sets before buying 3rd party pedals) Front fenders crack eventually Handlebar caps break easily

I took this bike to Destin Florida on vacation, and only rode it for 8 miles. Loved the feel of the bike and the seat. It was easy to learn the gears (it has 3), as I have not been on a bike in years.

I really love your bikes. And most of all the ability to customize your own. Unfortunally it was not possible to send it to Sweden for a reasonable amount of money. Best regards / CK Trubadix

I absolutely love my Firmstrong bike. I ordered it online and it came almost fully put together -- it took me just a few minutes to be up and riding around. It's a solid bike and comfortable to ride. I expect it'll be part of my life for many years to come!

I bought the bike for my son and the chain continues to fall off so often that he no longer rides the bike. I have taken it to a repair shop, spent a lot of money to fix the chain from falling off, and it continued. I would not recommend this bike to anyone.

All I had asked for was a simple replacement screw for the fenders that was missing in the box. They wanted all kinds of proof etc that I had purchased the bike! It’s a simple screw that costs a few cents! Obviously I have the bike, why else would I know it’s missing a screw?!?
