Firmstrong BikesReviews of firmstrong.com

I absolutely love my bike! It is comfortable, rides nice, and looks great. I would highly recommend this bike to anyone!!

Actually, I didn't have an experience with Firmstrong Bikes. I haven't bought one and haven't contacted the company. I have no idea why I'm being asked to rate it, but their bikes look nice and if I was going to purchase a bike, I would consider one alongside of the Mango Macaw. It wold be a tough decision to make, though, since I like both. But I wouldn't have to buy fenders for the Mango bike. Or matching rims. They come with them. That might tip the scales in their favor.

I really enjoy my new bike! I customized mine and it is so comfortable and cute! The price was a little steep for a simple cruiser but I use it so often so it makes up for that. I got a cup holder with my bike and i love putting thinks in there especially my phone but it has stopped working and it slips when I ride and flips upside down, it cannot stay firmly. Besides that, my experience with firmstrong has been great! I put together my bike upon arrival with little to no problems and began riding!

Winter has been long here in Wisconsin, but have enjoyed the little riding we have done on the bicycles.

Delivery was poor. Ordered two bikes (womens and mens) Parts of each bike received on different shipments. Had to wait to complete assembly. the quality overall was average at best. Have to retighted handlebars on severall occasions. Would not purchase again.

Purchase a Firmstrong Big Chief 3.0 since I needed a bicycle for a heavier rider. The bike frame itself is very well built. Overall seems like quality construction. I did not care for the rim and tires that came with the bike, wo I swapped thos out. As well as the stem, handlebars and seat. Very happy with my purchase. I'd highly recommend Firmstrong bicycles to anyone looking for a well built bicycle.

Well built! Fun and comfortable cruiser to ride... Looks great in matte black too!

Very bad experience buying bikes from Firmstrong. I bought two bikes, one for me and one for my wife. Mine bike barel 3.0 had a design flow, with the back tire, which was rubbing on the frame, and couldn’t spin, and my wife’s bike “ bela “ it has rattling noises from the chain. Save yourself a headache from a bad bike purchase, look at other brands.
