Firmstrong BikesReviews of firmstrong.com

Quality product and a company that stands behind the warranty.

Awesome bikes I bought two and we are very happy with the bike quality strong and firm bike very happy

The bike is very comfortable and good looking. I love the old school look. The fenders gave na little challenge but it’s not everyday I build a bike. Overall, it wasn’t that difficult and the bike is super cool.

I love my cruiser bike!

Bike is great. Took an hour to assemble, no issues. The rear bike rack purchased with the bike also took an hour to assemble. The instructions are very poor and there is no clear manner to attach the front arms to the frame.

I love my purchased! I had an issue with one of the bar handles. I called the company, and they sent me a new one. I was very happy with the customer service they provided.

Great bike!... great company!

Bike had a few problems when it arrived, I called Firmstrong, and they fixed them IMMEDIATELY. I have never had better customer service from anyone. You can buy with confidence from these people. If your bike is not perfect when you get it, they will fix it.........
