First time I've ever ordered glasses online so I was nervous about how this would turn out. I'm so glad I checked Firmoo out. I love the glasses I got and I'm very happy with the lenses I chose. The shipping was super fast. I received my glasses in a out a week and a half. I totally recommend getting glasses from them 😊

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from FIRMOO recently, there was a small delay for delivery (of which I received email notification), they were very nice and refunded me 50% of the delivery cost. I received the glasses and I am very satisfied with the quality of the frames / lenses and most importantly the lenses. I recommend the blue filter / thinner lenses, for extra comfort and lesser eye-strain for computer / digital viewing. I have been wearing glasses for 25 years and I am very picky / selective for glasses, and FIRMOO has reached my expectations. Do be patient if they notify you with a delay notification, it is normal for delay in lead-in time between frame & lenses manufacturers. Overall I give FIRMOO a full 5 Star Rating! : )

My experience with Firmoo started out rocky. My first pair of glasses came with a defect. But Lynn, my CSR was SO helpful! I got replacement glasses in a flash and Lynn has been so friendly and helpful. I have since ordered more pairs of glasses from Firmoo. I would definitely recommend them. Great customer service and great prices on glasses!

Delivered in good time and the eye glasses were of good quality and to required prescription. Very happy. I have purchased 3 pairs of glasses in two separate transactions and I have no complaint at all.
