Amazing customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. Theyou were made, shipped and at my house in 6 day from when I placed the order. I ended up puting in the wrong prescription, where it should've been a - I put a +. I contacted them and they gave me the option to get a coupon code for the amount I spent and just pay shipping for 2 new pair or to get a refund. I chose the coupon code. They were so understanding. I have now ordered my new glasses with the coupon code they gave me. ( correct prescription this time lol) They are great. I highly recommend <3 <3

Firmoo is awesome. Not only do i like the selection but I also love the speedy and kind customer service team. The glasses are both affordable but don't lack anything in quality. While I received my glasses for review I would gladly purchase from them!

I ordered three pairs of glasses from firmoo, took around 2 weeks total to receive them. The PD on each pair was off by 4mm, so I had to take them to a glasses repair shop and the lenses needed to be entirely replaced. I would suggest ordering frames only, as lensmaking can be finicky and not worth the trouble if something is wrong. The frames fit well and look really nice. ***UPDATE: Firmoo customer service agents have contacted me in regards to a refund. They called me and also sent e-mails. They were able to give me a full refund (minus shipping cost).

I cannot begin to express my LOVE for my new glasses. I literally cannot see with out my glasses . I submitted my prescription, received my glasses and all can say is WOW! I am in love. I admit i was a bit skeptical but i am totally convinced now. Thank you FIRMOO!
