I like that Firmoo shows detailed measurements of glasses, so you can compare and know what size is best for your face. I quite like my new pair and the added blue tint to protect from eye strain with screen-time is great.

I’ve been using Firmoo now for years, and it’s still the first place I look to when I need new glasses. Getting a pair of prescription glasses that are quality and fashionable for 35 dollars, that includes shipping and handing?!? You just can’t beat it. Not to mention the fantastic customer service. I ordered and received a pair of glasses just before Thanksgiving this year and realized (after receiving them a week later) something was off with the prescription right away. CSR Laura worked with me to get another pair and make everything right. Found out that a tech at my eye doctor’s thought a pd of 67 and 32- Right eye and 35 Left eye was the same thing! So I speak with Laura and she gets me another code for the correct pd glasses- ordered and done. Or so I thought. Get this- my CSR Laura reaches out to me the next day, over the weekend, to make sure my odd sounding PD wasn’t a typo. I replied back that it is indeed correct and that I appreciate her checking in with me- and I receive an instant email back that my order is no longer haulted but is being made at the moment. Seriously, you couldn’t ask for better service! And no, I have not received anything free for my review. I’m just a big fan of great, low cost glasses, and terrific reps like Laura. Thank you Firmoo and indeed Laura for a fantastic product and the service to back it up. You have a customer for life!

I cannot believe the level of service I received from Jack at Firmoo! While I really loved my new glasses, my prescription must be a difficult one, and they were not able to get it quite right. I am sure a less difficult prescription would work just fine, and I have no doubt the Firmoo company will make sure of that. Nevertheless, I am happy with my experience. Jack was extremely communicative, answering all my questions promptly and going out of his way to help! I would wholeheartedly recommend Firmoo for your eyeglasses source!
