This was my first time purchasing from Firmoo and it was such a great experience! They have a huge selection of cute and stylish frames for a good price. I ordered three pairs but unfortunately didn’t like how two of them looked on me so I contacted their customer service to do an exchange. The process was quick and easy! Eva, who was helping me out with my process, was so quick and helpful! She made everything so easy and I was so impressed! I will definitely continue to shop on Firmoo as well as recommend it to everyone!

Purchased my very first pair a year ago. It was excellent and truly beautiful. Though then I had some issues with the lens. I contacted the customer service and they were quick in responding and providing with an excellent service recovery which honestly, you can't get anywhere else. I then got myself a pair of new glasses and have recommended to many families and friends eversince. Don't think I'll buy my glasses elsewhere besides Firmoo. Excellent!

I went online to see how to do a return and found it right away. I was told to email them about my return. I emailed them and I got an auto response saying Maggie would contact me within 24 hours. About 3 hours later Maggie contacted me and helped me with doing a return. I was able to get a better deal than what I expected. My Senior CSR Maggie was so sweet and helpful. Thank you Firmoo for making this such an easy experience.

eva was super helpful & quick to respond back to my emails. a pair of glasses I ordered didn’t work out for me as my (high prescription -7.5) lenses were way too heavy for the metal frames I chose so she refunded me my money back right away & didn’t request me to have to send the glasses back. have recommended firmoo to friends & will continue to ☺️

Product was much more affordable than average prescription glasse. Sturdy and very well made tint/ prescription. Much nicer in person than in person. Service was excellent as well.
