Great customer service! Glasses looked weird on my face, but they came up with amazing solution. I got a coupon the covered the same amount as my order, so I got to order new ones that would be better. I am glad they have a great team.

I just recently placed an order at firmoo and I accidentally forgot my coupon code. I sent an email to the firmoo customer service and IMMEDIATELY after they emailed me back saying they would fix the problem and I just got a follow up email saying that the redunded me the money in my account. Not only were they quick and attentive with their customer service, but they helped communicate with me and had a fast acting refund unlike a lot of other companies. They are awesome!

I 110% recommend this company! I received the wrong frame from what I orignally purchased, which wasn’t a big deal. Things get lost or mistakes happen all the time. I contacted the firmoo team and Jack responded right away in such a professional and polite manner. Sometimes it’s frustrating to purchase items online because some companies lack communication or it takes forever long. However, if this experience is a reflection on the firmoo team, I can assure you that the employees really put customers first and make it their priority to keep us satisfied, even if there are any issues with the order. I had a great experience from this company and I will definitely purchase more glasses from them in the future!
