Jack was very polite, nice and solved my issue quickly. Let him know I was very glad with the service and hope he gets recognition. The frame is pretty but to small for me, although I have others that suit me with the same dimensions. Furthermore, the branches of the frame are too flexible and therefore do not tighten enough, and so it slide nonstop on the nose. It is very difficult to adjust to the size of the face, and it looks fragile. However, it is lightweight and comfortable and for the price I could not expect better. The glasses are lightweight too and at my sight, but have an unpleasant green glare. Overall I am divided between disappointment (I will not wear it often) and satisfaction because of the price and because it is pretty. I ask you to kindly excuse my bad English, I am French...

If you prefer hard texture, acetate frame is a better choice. Besides, the green light you saw on the lens surface is anti-reflective coating, which helps reduce glare and makes your vision clearer. They have a very great selection of glasses and sunglasses. They also have a large selection of Korean style glasses, which personally was the pulling point, as not many US stores have that. I ordered a pair that arrived with the incorrect prescription (entirely my fault), and they let me keep the pair to donate, and provided a discount code for a new pair of glasses that took off the price of the original pair's lenses and frames. The only drawback was the frames feel very light and therefore slightly cheap as a result, but for the price I payed they were excellent and stylish. All in all, there was only a minor hiccup of my own fault, and their customer service was very smooth and timely.
