Great glasses and lenses, awesome styles, cheap prices!

I purchased my glasses with the prescription given to me from my doctor, but it didn’t work right for me. After getting a new prescription, I contacted Firmoo to let them know that I needed to have my lenses changed. To my surprise, I was not only told that I didn’t need to return the glasses, but was given a credit for me to select a new pair, just to pay the difference and shipping. This was so good for me, seeing that I would be taken care of as a valued customer. I will be donating the first pair to charity for someone who may need it.

I tried their one dollar glasses deal. My glasses arrived within 12 business days and the glasses and prescription are perfect! Can't beat one dollar!!

They claimed I had multiple orders with my account and I NEVER have gotten an order before and canceled it. Not happy about this at all. Edit reply: the point of ordering online is you don’t have to provide any documents or have an eye exam so asking to provide a prescription invalidates and makes your whole website pointless as i can get free glasses through my insurance if I go to the doctor. I don’t have a perscription and don’t plan to get one the fact you deny anyone who doesn’t want to see an eye doctor is bad business practice.

While my glasses were decent quality, the frames were enormous and wouldn’t stay on my head, even with adjustments, so firmoo was happy to refund me minus the shipping fee!

I bought these glasses for working out doors, Just had to tweek the nose piece a bit to fit properly, they seem to be quite comfortable and nice and clear. I am so glad my daughter in law told me about you. Will be getting my glasses here from now on, Thank you.
