Inferior quality. The paint on the frame comes off after only 4 months. According to the website, there is a warranty of 2 years which is flat out lying. After repeated inquiries to support, no agreement could be found, because damage which occurs after some time does not fall under the warranty but under "normal signs of use by the use". Never again!

No matter why or when or by who I always get excellent service from Firmoo. Their products I have found to be excellent. I have just recently updated my prescription glasses. My old ones were purchased in 2018 and are as good as the day I got them. They were progressive and transitions.

Die Brille war qualitativ auf den ersten Blick in Ordnung, die phototropen Gläser tönten sich allerdings im Vergleich zu meiner anderen Brille bei voller Sonneneinstrahlung etwas weniger und glänzten leicht bläulich von vorne. Die Lieferzeit aus China war sehr lange, 6 Wochen. Da der Rahmen nicht gefiel, wollte ich eine Rückgabe veranlassen, was nach mehreren Mails insofern abgelehnt wurde, daß mir ein Gutscheincode über den vollen Kaufbetrag gemailt wurde. Sein Geld bekommt man also nicht zurück. Die europäische Fernabsatzgesetzgebung wird einfach ignoriert. Nachtrag 26. 6.2023: Die Firma reagiert auf Anfragen schnell, nur ist das , was zu meiner Bewertung hier kommentiert wird, ist Theorie, die Praxis ist genau so, wie ich es geschrieben habe, es gibt keine Erstattung, nur einen Gutscheincode. Diesen habe ich nun mit einer weiteren Bestellung getestet, er wird akzeptiert, ich hoffe nun, daß die nächste Brille gefällt, qualitativ war die erste, wie gesagt, ja in Ordnung. Ich gebe jetzt 3 Sterne, 2 Sterne Abzug, da das Rücknahmeversprechen nicht eingehalten wird. Der Hersteller sollte klar kommunizieren, was im Falle eines Rücknahmewunsches angeboten wird. Nachtrag 27.6. 2023 Mir wurde weder eine Serviceart Umtausch noch eine Serviceart Rückgabe angeboten, mir wurde lediglich ein Gutscheincode angeboten. Nachdem ich nun den Gutschein-Code eingelöst habe, kann ich nicht mehr nachprüfen, ob diese zwei Servicearten zur Auswahl standen, aber ich arbeite schwerpunktmäßig seit 1988 in der IT (damals hieß das noch EDV) und behaupte mal, daß ich das gesehen hätte. 25. Juli 2023 Nachdem die 2. Brille einwandfrei war und vollständig mit dem Gutschein für die erste, verrechnet wurde, habe ich die Bewertung auf 4 Sterne erhöht.

He hecho dos pedidos distintos. Unas gafas graduadas bifocales y unas de sol graduadas. En ambos casos las gafas y los cristales sin ningún problema. El precio bastante más barato que una óptica convencional. No recuerdo haber tenido que pagar aduanas.

Was surprised that the price you see is only the frame and the most basic lense are still more money on top. It's not unusual for glasses but it wasn't clear to me. I ordered the Firmoo colours cos they were a cute design but was a tad disappointed to see when they arrived that they're hydro-dipped not made of chunks of coloured plastic, kinda how tortoiseshell designs are. However they are good glasses, fit and suit me well, the online staff were super helpful during my indecision on which frames. There's plentiful selections and great colour choices. The material is T90 so they can be adjusted using a heat gun allowing you to get them professionally fitted at a high street opticions (specsavers will do it for free if you accept the risk that they might damage them since they're not their own frames)

I was a little sceptical about ordering glasses online without trying them on first but I found the high street frames really boring so decided to give Firmoo a try. I didn’t find the ‘try on’ option, where you upload a photo of yourself to virtually try on the glasses, that great but what was super helpful was the ‘my fit’ option where you input some numbers on your current glasses and it brings up the glasses that are a similar size and should suit you. As it was my first order the frames were only £5 and just £26 total including prescription, anti blue light lens and delivery which is amazing! 6 months ago I spent £200 for 2 pairs at Specsavers, I wish I had known about Firmoo sooner! Delivery was super fast and arrived 9 days after I placed my order. I am amazed with the glasses, great quality, no issues with the prescription and they look so good on me. I will definitely be ordering more pairs in future!
