Fast response and great customer service. We got very good quality glasses at an awesome price 👌

My glasses were exactly what I expected them to be as advertised and ordered on the website. Plus I got a severe discount because they were my 1st pair from this website.

Order 2 pair of glasses, write my prescription details down and get them in time.Perfect fit and more cheaper then in shops. Delivered in time.

I've had brilliant experiences with Firmoo, having ordered a couple of times. It's easy to order, very reasonable prices with great deals and you can save your prescription details for future reference too. It is much cheaper than ordering at an opticians and the quality of the frames are just as good in my opinion. (for more than half the price!) I was expecting my order to take some time to arrive as it is created overseas but it came about 8 days after I ordered (I'm in the UK) which is super speedy. Would highly recommend. I can't comment too much on 'customer service' as such as I haven't needed to contact them.

I was pleased with the reasonable prices, stylish frames and quick turnaround for my recent eyeglass & sunglass purchases. I love my new glasses! My prescription requires glasses capable of distance and close up reading. These are perfect! Thanks! I'll be ordering more soon.
