LOVE these glasses. I truly cannot believe the quality for the price. I have been buying $200+ glasses from my eye doctor when needed my entire life and I'm just wishing I found Firmoo way sooner!

I was really surprised and happy with my purchase on firmoo. After reading some negative reviews, I expected the worst however my new glasses are comfortable, they suit me well and are of high quality. I just received my glasses from firmoo and very happy with it. the shopping online was quite easy. you have so many choices for frames but you can easily to narrow down to what you like. the glasses is better than my expectation at every aspect. I've been using Firmoo since about 2017 and have ordered several frames since then, living in the UK and the USA. In all of the years I've been using them, I've had no complaints at all and have been extremely satisfied each time. I ordered a couple of frames recently that arrived yesterday, and I felt the need to write a review just to mark how great they've been for me all through the years as someone on a budget. Their customer service has always been helpful and very responsive, the frames have always been very affordable and seemingly good quality (they hold up for me and seem sturdy), and the prescription has always been accurate. Their frame selection is extensive and stylish as well. There's also many different add-ons and adjustments they can make as well (blue light blocking, sunglasses layers, thin lenses for larger RX numbers, etc). They have almost constant promos and discounts they offer in email; in fact they're probably the only company I use repeatedly where I don't mind the promo emails from because they're always good deals. As with any online eyewear store, just make sure you input your most up-to-date prescription correctly, pay attention to the frame measurements to get an idea of size on your face, and include your accurate PD measurement(s) as well. I've used other online eyewear services before, but Firmoo continues to be my number one for getting online frames. Of course keep in mind this is just one person's experience and opinion; they're not perfect, but personally I'm very appreciative of this service, and I hope they continue to be as great as they have been!
