Firmoo reached out to me to make a video in exchange for a free pair of glasses. They sent me the wrong glasses, then said no, those are the frames you ordered. Even when I went back to the original email they ignored me, but then asked me to make them a video for tiktok. Still haven't posted a video.

I’ve always had an amazing experience with Firmoo. The last order I made, I didn’t like how the glasses look on, so I start the process to return them, and I thought it would be a headache to do it, but I was wrong! I has their response in a few minutes approving the return, and they even send a coupon to get some new ones. Definitely keep buying my glasses at Firmoo!

I'm very satisfied. The frames looks exactly as pictured, the buying process was enjoyable, I appreciate the streamlined way to check on my order, everything automated but smooth and easy to understand and convenient. I got periodic emails for confirmations and assurance and I appreciate that too.

Ich hab jetzt schon die dritte Gleitsichtbrille bestellt. Auswahl der Rahmen und Preise sind unschlagbar. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Da gibt's doch öfter mal eine neue Brille. Bei 800 € geht das nicht. 👍
