I just received my first pair of glasses and I couldn't be happier!! They fit perfectly, I wouldn't change a thing. I will definitely get a few more pairs, such a great quality. I can't recommend them enough. Very happy costumer :-)

Hello Kariss , We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. No worries, we will do our best to assist you, even though this is already a compensation order. Regarding your concern about the size, each of our eyeglass includes a detailed size description beneath the product. If this is the first time purchasing glasses online, we kindly recommend comparing the sizes with your previous pair.🌷 It’s true that frame colors can appear differently due to variations in monitors and environments. We will pass this feedback along to our team for further review. 🙏🏻 As for the handling of your order, our customer service team has already provided a solution via email. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to our email support team. Firmoo value every customer and are committed to resolving your concerns. 💛🥰 Once again, we apologize for any trouble this may have caused.

On my first order and purchase, I had a great experience. It was much faster to deliver than any other online company I tried from European countries. The only advice I would give is to improve the design of the glasses on offer, which do not differ much from the usual glasses shops. Otherwise excellent service and value for money.

I've been a customer of Firmoo since 2017. I trust them with my prescription, quality frames, fair prices, and great customer service. I've re-ordered the same frames several times over the past 4 years when my Rx changed and when I needed spare pairs. They're my favorite frames because they're so flattering and chic, and I'm always glad to see they're still in stock! Anytime I've had an issue with my glasses, customer service has been understanding and awesome with their solutions! Their promotions also make it convenient to try different styles, and for me, they act as a reminder that I need to visit my optometrist lol. Also, the last order I placed came sooner than I expected, which I appreciate! Thanks Firmoo!
