The amazing service forced me to write this review !! Tiffany was really kind and I just can't recommend this company enough ! Totally in love with my Hampton fire pit.

The Hampton fire pit is one of those pieces that just works wherever it goes. So happy the whole experience matched it. Thank you for taking the time to share this, it genuinely means a lot.

Great! Works even in NJ I thought that these propane fire pits were mostly for mansions in California but guess what, they also work great in a regular back yard in NJ. End of the summer when temperature gets lower and we don't feel like starting a wood fire, it's extremely pleasant to press a couple buttons and have a nice fire going while having a drink by the pool. And the dog loves it too. Thanks Tiffany for the quick delivery and good deal.

Geff, this might be one of our favorite reviews we have gotten. A propane fire pit in a regular NJ backyard, one button, fire going, drink in hand, dog by the pool. That is the whole point of what we sell and it has nothing to do with California mansions. Thank you for this.

Ordered a fire pit from Fire Pit Surplus and it’s hands-down the best fire pit I’ve ever owned. High quality, easy setup, and their customer service was quick, helpful, and genuinely cared. Will definitely be coming back!

Oscar, "genuinely cared" is the phrase that sticks with us here. That is the culture we try to build every day. Happy the fire pit backed it up too and we look forward to having you back.

Redoing my backyard and they had a couple options I really liked. Easy ordering process. I did have a question and customer service was helpful. My firepit now looks great. Super sleek.

Alysha, a backyard renovation is a big commitment and helping narrow it down to the right fire pit for your space is something we take seriously. Happy it all came together and looks exactly how you pictured it.

This is by far the best fire pit I’ve ever purchased. It arrived faster than expected and looks even better in person. Customer service was super friendly and kept me updated the whole time.

Brenda, "looks even better in person" plus arriving ahead of schedule is honestly the complete win. Really appreciate you sharing that.

I had an excellent experience ordering from Firepitsurplus! The website was easy to navigate, and I found exactly what I was looking for. My fire pit arrived on time, well-packaged, and in perfect condition. I was especially impressed by their customer service; they were quick to respond to my questions and helped me choose the best model for my space. It's rare to find a company that combines product quality with top-notch support. Highly recommend!!

Heidi, helping find the right fire pit model for a specific outdoor space is something we invest a lot in before any order gets placed. Product quality and the conversation before you buy both have to be there. Happy both showed up in your experience. Thank you for this review.

The fireplace came exactly as pictured and I’m in love!! The owner, Tiffany, was very responsive and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend to anyone looking for the fireplace of their dreams for a fair price!

Trish, a fireplace that arrives looking exactly like it did online and at a price that actually makes sense is what we work hard to deliver every time. So happy you are in love with it. That recommendation means a lot.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my beautiful new fireplace! it was the perfect replacement for our old one! The delivery was incredibly fast, and the customer service was top notch from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend this more highly, everything exceeded my expectations!

Colleen, a new fireplace that actually clears the bar of being a "perfect replacement" is not easy to pull off. The fact that delivery speed and service exceeded expectations on top of that is what we shoot for on every single order. Thank you for this.
