Quality of item is great. I paid for overnight and didn’t get it for days and days. However once I called them the whole mixup was handled so professionally. I respect that and will use them again. I do hope they change their delivery service provider, though.

I was so excited when I saw that you carried Skinos as nowhere locally carries it. I ordered it and paid the extra shipping so it would arrive by Thanksgiving so that I could share it with my friends who flew in from California. However the shipping company that you use did not deliver the product until the Tuesday after Thanksgiving when my company was long gone. When I called the shipping company they said it was due to weather and there was nothing they could do. In addition I had to run out last minute the night before Thanksgiving and purchase all new items for my holidays drink special. If you have shopped the night before Thanksgiving in addition to hosting and preparing the meal you will understand the headache of this. We did eventually get and enjoy the Skinos but unless I purchase at least 3 weeks before I need it I doubt I will go through this company again.
