The price and availability of the spirits we order is good. The shipping company's delivery (GSO) was sub-standard due to the fact that they: * Sent us a delivery notification for the wrong order. * Re-issued delivery notification but had no way of contacting us directly to complete the delivery. Hence, our shipment sat idle, while showing online that the delivery date was rescheduled, then not delivered because of the inability to contact us. When contacted, their response was they were waiting for Fine Wine House to make the contact. Is it possible to give GSO a contact number to avoid the delay in the first place?

It is my first experience with this company and it was a pleasant one. Although the delivery was done a day later than I expected it was in time for the intended occasion. I was very impressed with the packaging of the merchandise. And, yes, I would recommend them and order from them again.
