Who has been giving this $73 wine 4-5🤸‍♀️! Really, There are much better red blends out there for $35-$40! Please do not spend $70 on this wine!

Your delivery company was rude. Went to the wrong house first and he was rude to my neighbors as well. All he said was name and pointed at the box. Nothing else. It was very odd.

I received one bottle the other bottle of wine bottle came broken. I tried contacting them sending them pictures of the package and got no answer for them it’s been 1 week now and still nothing. No refund, not credit, not another bottle be sent out. Nothing!

Product was overpriced compared to store prices, shipping was unreasonably expensive and very slow.

Substituted a different wine; i.e. a 2017 vs, 2014.

i ordered a 2014 vintage of CSM Cold Creek Cabernet and I received a 2015 vintage. I sent an email and never heard back. I will not order from Finewinehouse again.

I have to say this was the worst delivery I have ever experienced. We stayed home for three days and made five attempts calling GSO regarding my package. They said we were not home one time and the other time they couldn’t get through the gate (there’s a guard out front) we were home both times! It was my belief they didn’t even try to deliver the package. We ended up going down to pick it up. A round trip of about 40 miles. I will never buy again from a company who uses GSO as their delivery. I gave you 2 stars only because it wasn’t damaged.
