Edited from a 1 Star to 3 Stars. After receiving the correct shipment and Wine ! In all fairness, I did get someone on the phone 2 weeks ago, to say my shipment was wrong. And she emailed a UPS return label to me for my return, and also my new package was sent pretty quickly. So mistakes happen and they were addressed as fast as expected these days. * I was sent a case of wrong juice, got 19 Criminals Snoop D00g instead of KIJAFA . This delayed me with correct Case of purchase by over 1 week . I did get a Return Label for UPS to return the other . No big deal, just a Hassle. Got lucky my UPS Hub is only 2 miles. But the Line inside is usually 1/4 long of Amazon Returns.

The product is good - but can’t justify costs especially since shipping is so high.

we had to call to find out about the order, and my brother was told one of the cases was out. we had to make that effort, nothing from the company. after the call the two cases of wine was delivered promptly

Got product on time but very poorly packed, concerned about possible breakage, none were but other companies have significantly better protection of bottles.

I placed and order and then without any notification of issue did not receive. I had to call the shipper who told me the order was damaged and to call you back. When I called your business, no one knew that there was a damaged issue and it took around 2 days to get a new tracking number. Order that is delivered in 3 days took 8 or 9. I love the delivery, just frustrated about the communication.

I was satisfied with the wine, but the quantity available was not equal to the case of wine I ordered originally on the website and it took a long time for someone to call me and explain that. They finally did send the 5 bottles that were available though.

Five days in shipment from California to Arizona. This wine spent a lot of time sitting in a truck. I spent a lot of time waiting for the wine on the days it was promised. Delivery estimates were not updated until well after I wasted the day sitting around waiting for it.

I was very disappointed because I paid for 2 day delivery in time for my husbands birthday and our anniversary and it arrived several days after. Have not opened yet as the day has passed.
