I have been ordering from Fine Linens for years. Given that I live in Canada, most U.S. companies get confused and won't deliver to their northern neighbour. Strange but true. Fine Linens has never had a problem with delivery and I have never had a problem dealing with them. They have a wonderful product, excellent sales people and I look forward to placing more orders with them. NGac

I bought lovely Sferra sheets, a Matouk cashmere throw (great size) and Yves Delormes towels (great color, feel, size) and was pleased with how fast everything came. They only carry the top of the line. HIghly recommend.

I ordered bath mats and towels from Fine Linens. The bath mats arrived quickly, but had not gotten a tracking number on the towels. I emailed Fine Linens, and had an answer immediately. They were being shipping the next day. Everything arrived in perfect condition.
