Every aspect of my dealings with Fine Linens was positive. I had been seeking a super-sized King duvet that could be tucked in to prevent my husband dragging it all to his side during the night. I checked many web sites with no luck, then finally called the Fine Linens store in NYC. A very helpful person identified exactly what I needed, and it was sent to me, at no extra charge that day. I am very happy with both the product and the excellent customer service.

My experience with FineLinens was one of refined professionalism. My questions were answered, I received a swatch and my order did not disappoint. This throw will be a legacy, passed down from generation to generation.

I was looking to buy another set of SDH sheets and unfortunately the ones I had were discontinued. Using online chat, two different replacements were suggested and so I ordered samples. I was advised that one selection was new and not available yet, however follow up was great and the second sample arrived about 8 weeks later. When I went to order, I again used online chat for guidance on which king size fitted sheet to order. To my surprise, the sheets arrived two days after I placed the order (from NY to CA)! Really excellent service all around.
