I must caveat my review with the notice that I did not pay for their full service, though based on this experience I can't see them not receiving a 5-star. I initially reached out to Find My Profession to gather information and get a better understanding of the service that would best benefit me. I have included a detailed review of my limited experience. Steven was very helpful in recommending what he felt would be most practical based on my goals and budget and offered to do a limited critique of my resume. After receiving my initial resume critique back I was underwhelmed and felt I had received similarly "helpful" critiques from less expensive sites and opted for a cheaper site/service. However, Steven reached out to me a day later, apologizing for the lack of helpfulness that their critique provided and included a more detailed assessment for resume improvements. I felt this is a fair assessment of the quality of customer service they strive to provide.

Very pleased with the process and final products delivered. The timeliness of the assigned agent, level of communication, end result was superb!

So after purchasing the VIP package, I had some initial concerns with the assigned resume writer. When making my concerns known, they jumped in and made sure that issues were corrected and that my full needs had been met. I was pleased with the final product and overall experience based on the tremendous customer service I received. I was even contacted by the company founder to ensure i was satisfied. Above and beyond....!!

It was a really good experience working with this company. My resume and cover letter looked fantastic. The only reason I gave this 4 stars rather than 5 was I thought the process took a little longer than I had hoped or expected and the person who did my writing was not particularly knowledgeable in my field and I had to explain quite a bit about what I do.
