Excellent Service
It was great working with Marissa Lessman. She listened well and was patient to learn the ins and outs of my specialty construction field (Healthy Homes). She then translated and adapted my industry lingo into the ATS terminology, which I think is vital nowadays to get your foot in the door. As such, I believe these communication skills make Marissa an effective resume writer. I also appreciated her responsiveness throughout our revisions and fine tuning. I'm exited to get this resume out and look forward to the reverse recruiting services also provided by Find My Profession.

Insightful, Responsive, Professional
I had the pleasure of collaborating with Marissa Lessman of Find My Profession to rework my resume, produce strong cover letter, and update my Linkedin page accordingly. Marissa is a consummate professional! I was anxious at first as to whether my seemingly disparate experiences could be understood and reflected in a compelling manner for those not in my industry. Just one call with Marissa put me at ease. She is a very, very good listener and was able to glean and highlight my skills in ways and with language that has been tremendously helpful. Marissa is a strong writer. And, the depth of her experience was also a tremendous resource for me to better understand industry standards and expectations. I strongly recommend Marissa!
