Find My ProfessionReviews of findmyprofession.com

I worked with Marissa. I ordered a professional resume and a linked-in profile. She has been fantastic and timely with responses. She even included a cover letter for me. Transitioning from the Military to Civilian, she helped covert my knowledge skills and abilities into something marketable. I appreciate her attention to detail and overall her skills are extraordinary.

When I signed up for Find My Profession, I understood there were no job guarantees. My expectation was just to have conversations. I immediately sent my resume to the manager, and she and the coach stated that my resume looked good. My coach did recommend a few changes to my LinkedIn profile. We went about six weeks, and no conversations were scheduled. I had a conversation with my coach and the manager, letting them know that my expectations were conversations to be scheduled. They agreed that this was the measure of success. They touted the new LinkedIn connections, but I can easily do LinkedIn connections myself or have someone do it for me inexpensively. I informed them that I did not have a return on my investment of $5000 at this point. They decided to work on my resume, do more LinkedIn connections and networking, and work on my LinkedIn profile. According to them, the resume was $795, and the LinkedIn profile was $300. If my resume and LinkedIn profile needed to be updated, I should have been informed when I asked at the beginning. After six weeks of no conversation and my push, they did work on the resume and LinkedIn profile and did not charge me. Ultimately, I paid $5000 for four conversations, a resume update, and a LinkedIn profile update. This is not a good return on investment. When I brought this to their attention, they responded that I could pay another $2500 and hoped they would schedule a few more conversations. The team is very nice. However, they do not seem to want to provide you with a return on your investment. In the end, I would not recommend investing in this service since there is a very low return on investment. I paid $5000 for four conversations, a LinkedIn update, and a resume update. The resume and LinkedIn would have cost $1100. This means that I paid $3900 for four conversations. In my opinion, FMP reverse recruiting is not worth the investment. They have great online reviews for resume writing, but reverse recruiting does not produce the results that you would expect. I understand if things do not go as planned, but the company needs to focus on customer satisfaction and providing a return on investment for clients.

Very helpful and professional. Anna made all calls and meetings on time and completed all deadlines as requested.

Marissa is the most professional writer I got to work with. She immediately understood from my babbling how to best draw my abilities and experience in an easy-to-understand way on my resume.

I worked with Paula N to get everything updated as I transitioned to a new role and different phase of my life where I am focused on board positions and speaking. The output was fantastic. Her expertise was fantastic. And everything was delivered as promised - she did what she said. If I need another update, I will definitely utilize her again. -Dan M.

My experience using Find My Profession was very positive. It was my first time hiring a resume writer and I was assigned Bruce Hillman. Not only was he a very pleasant individual and an experienced lawyer, but his writing/structuring of my resume was of great quality. He was very helpful and his explanations allowed me to trust the process.
