The process was efficient and effective. Paula was very quick and responsive. The only critique I could offer is that they don't provide any type of "career coaching" to narrow down possible titles. So make sure you have a good idea of the job you want. If your career has been more eclectic (like mine), it will take longer and require more thought on your end.
Response from Find My ProfessionNov 15, 2023
We're grateful for your insightful feedback, Brian! Delighted to learn that our process was efficient and Paula's responsiveness met your expectations. Thank you for highlighting the importance of career coaching. As we explore ways to enhance our services, your input remains invaluable. Wishing you ongoing success in your endeavors!

I had the pleasure of working with Megan Elrath on my resume, CV and LinkedIn profile, and I couldn't have been happier with the results. From our first interaction, Megan really wanted to understand my background, strengths, and goals for the revision. There were very minimal revisions needed, which I think is a testament to how well Megan understood what I was trying to accomplish. I feel much more confident and prepared to look for new roles with an updated resume and LinkedIn profile. I highly recommend Find My Profession and Megan Elrath. The entire process was easy and professional, and the results were beautiful.
