I really had high hopes for this service. I went all in and purchased the reverse recruiting service along with the highest resume-writing package that was offered. (The resume-writing service was $1,092) The resume was supposed to be ATS-optimized. But, when a recruiter demonstrated to me how my resume was processed through an ATS, it did not reflect my background and experience accurately. I've been told by several recruiters that my resume is not optimized for an ATS and will likely be discarded based on how it was written. The reverse recruiting package was $3,999 per month and included applying for jobs and networking with recruiters and hiring managers. The person assigned to me spent a significant amount of time applying for and networking for a position that turned out to be a volunteer position. My reverse recruiter hadn't even read the job description, so she was unaware that it was a volunteer role that she had submitted me for. The networking that was done for legitimate positions was generic at best. For the cost of this service, the value that was delivered was severely underwhelming.
