Not good for scenerio based question when Interviewer takes pause while aksing the question
When you report issue, they will comeback as issue has been fixed but next you will again face that issue.
In every call with support they will keep itrating we are loded with query, when user is facing the problem they will reach you only.
you guys are doing bussiness customer is paying for your services. Telling customers that if you dont like you can go on other platfrom.
I dont think any mature team makes such kind of statement.
FRAI is lacking in the efficiency and effectively answering the question. it only gives the basic answer. Failed to give answer of scenerion based question.
They dont work upon the feedbacks as well, Development speed is too slow.

Awful experience. The product completely failed
Awful experience. The product completely failed to deliver what it promised. Customer support ignored my messages and I was even billed incorrectly. It was a waste of time and money. I’ve since switched to Instict.ai it’s more affordable, works as expected, and actually delivers value for what I paid.
