Tom Wheeler is my go-to salesperson! Not only did he walk me through the process step by step, answered all of my questions, and followed up with me a few weeks later to see how everything was going. When there were delays in my books being completed in a time frame that I expected, He didn't just reassure me, he went to his upper management team to share my concerns. I hired this company to do my bookkeeping. I turned in personal expenses to be categorized in January 2025. It is now April 2025 and nobody has categorized all of my expenses, resulting in me not being able to give my profit and loss statement balance sheet to my accountant. They did not do the job that they were paid to do. Month after month, they sat on my expenses and did not do the job they were paid to do. I have tried multiple times every week to call them and email them with no response and no correction to the issue. I highly advise you not to use this bookkeeping company. I am currently trying to close my account, but I am unable to do so because no one will contact me.

Not too happy with finally. Signed up two businesses end of the year October. Nothing have been done. They say they are waiting on me to give few card info. They could have started. Nothing been done in six months. Asking to cancel, can't get anyone live on the phone. Can only leave messages. Asked for manager no one calls back then some random person calls saying let's finalize your account. Can't even cancel service with them. They keep billing my card and have done nothing. If you are busy, don't use them.

Absolutely awful!!! Do not use this business!!! They promise only 50% accuracy when doing your books! (Word for word what the escalation supervisor told me) I worked with Finally for close to a year. They didnt even start on my books until 1 month AFTER they told me they would have my books completed for tax time!! Not only that, but I never got the 1 on 1 monthly meeting to go over my books like they promised. After basically pulling teeth to even get my books completed, they did my books as if I was a service based business!! (which I am not!) That just goes to show how little they care to get to know the companies they are working with. However, they have such low standards that since my books were more than 50% accurate, they were satisfied with their performance. The absolute worst bookkeeping company out their. I feel like I got scammed. ***they replied that they couldn't find my account in the system.... this is CLASSIC Finally! Taking my $$$ each month and not even setting up my quickbooks acct, categorizing my transactions, and neglecting my business.
