you guys and gals are all great !

In general I like working with finally but I have a couple of concerns: 1. The different departments are not in sync. The accounts department claimed not to be able to reach me at the same time my regular bookkeeping team were emailing and calling me regularly, and that team never told me the other team was trying to reach me with no success. 2. The way the CRM is set up, I get CONSTANT emails and it's impossible to sort out the difference between emails that need attention and courtesy emails. This is time consuming and frustrating.

When communicating the communication is great. I know they are just building our books so it is going to take some time . With that being said the communication is taking longer than expected on the replies. Leila has been amazing but i know she went on vacation soon after on boarding . we ares till waiting on emul i think the name is to reply for payroll system switch over. the automatic replies eveytime we email gets a little annoying . but overall the FInally team has been kind precise and seems to be understanding the unique way out family of companies does business. thank you

The onboarding process was a bit lengthy, which slowed down communication in the beginning. As a small business owner, not being able to speak directly with someone without scheduling a meeting made things a bit challenging. However, the team did an outstanding job catching up my 2024 bookkeeping. The data entry was thorough and brought everything current—I just need to review the categorizations. Overall, I would definitely consider using their services again in the future if needed.

I really appreciate the professionalism of this firm. Julio my CPA is very efficient and has been in touch with my firm during the entire process. My books look a lot better than when he started three months ago.
