Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused regarding the delivery charge. We experienced a technical issue that may have affected some shipping costs. However, upon reviewing all orders, we found that your order from October 12 is not affected by this issue, and the shipping cost was calculated correctly. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you! Warm regards, Filler Lux Team
