The biopen cartridges I purchased…
The biopen cartridges I purchased arrived with the packaging all warped and not sealed You can see the open packaging in all the pictures I sent customer service and all theyvdid was respond with send us more pictures so we can see the cartridges that are damaged! I never claimed the cartridges are damaged but they are definitely NOT STERILE anymore and can not be legally used because of contamination
