FIJI VACATIONS/ FIJI TRAVELReviews of fijivacations.com

Great customer service. They made my booking very easy and very helpful.

Poor communication and lack of attention to details

Fantastic Effort in helping us plan our honeymoon. Cheryl was wonderful throughout the entire planning process. highly recommend them.

So far so good! Even at a long distance booking. Won't be traveling until April.

Melissa has been great to work with. She has answered all our questions and has made my experience with Fiji Vacations a smooth process. Having never used a travel agency, i couldn't imagine it being any better than this experience has been. Danny Stanly

Always super service!

The agents were great and very helpful. They booked us in an incredible resort. Answered every question. The only issue we had was that we have three kids. 9,12,15. They booked our seats in the exit row. Which was amazing for us adults but the kids couldn’t sit there. Before flight I did notice that this may be an issue. So I addressed it and was assured it’s fine with Fiji airlines. We paid an xtra $100 per seat to save those exit rows. When we got to airport and checked in they moved our little ones because we were told they were not permitted in exit row. That was frustrating to try and find seats close to us. That was the only complaint we have.

Melissa was so great. Kind, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient with our reservations. It's so refreshing to work with someone who knows Fiji traveling inside and out. She also was able to work out details on my mile accumulation that weren't really in her job responsibility, but I really appreciated!
