Fetpak, Inc.Reviews of fetpak.com

The labels are exactly what I needed. The best part of this transaction was super fast shipping. Wasn't thrilled with the $7 service charge when you advertise free shipping though.

The quality of the items I have bought have always been exactly as described and they have been good values. Their tracking system could use some improvement since it doesn't seem to recognize invoice numbers, on the UPS side. Obviously an excellent selection.

I bought some double wooden ring boxes. They were more than what I expected for that price! Amazon has the same thing for $20+ and I was able to get these for just above $6! I was charged a small order fee but you can tell their prices are for very large orders. Since I was buying only 3 (all I needed), the price for all three and the fee was only a little more than buying one from Amazon. I also received these within 2 days and received free shipping. I would buy from them again! What a nice surprise to find them!

Very happy with my purchase -- these magnetic jewelry boxes are the best!

As far as fast service Fetpak is tops and has been so for the many years we have had the pleasure to order from them. However, their idea of customer service now is saying "we don't carry that, why don't you try the internet?" We have been in business for only 17 years, but we know our business. If a customer comes asking about a product we once carried and wants to know where to find it, we will provide that information to that individual. not just say go check out the web. Also, I discovered that Fetpak apparently does not check the quality of its inventory either on the way into their warehouses or when they ship it to us. In other words, we are their quality control "staff". I brought up this issue with Tim Kennedy at Fetpak and was told that the company does not have any influence on its suppliers (in spite of what Fetpak's CEO Wayne Fetta leads us to believe near the end of the "about us" write up) . Will I come back and purchase again? Sure, but not in any quantity, specially if I am supposed to expect inferior quality merchandise when ordering in large quantities. Fetpak's response left me with little choice but to downgrade their rating to 2 stars. So, they say that they have discussed the issue of sending me packing with the employee, but I am still without the information that I sought from them. Why put up this "we have fixed the problem" facade when the customer is still in the position that prompted the complaint? As far as the supplier issue is concerned, it is not that, as they stated, "it's not easy for us to specify the exact packaging we prefer." The problem is that their product is no longer the way it has been for a decade. They, all of the sudden changed it and we are left with an inferior product. You are right Fetpak, maybe I should go to web and look for an alternative. Obviously, you folks do not have the time or the inclination help your long time customers.
