I was happy to receive my order quickly and was impressed with the quality. As an artist and seamstress I always check the construction of products. Fetpak's organza pouches had accurate stitching and the edges were sealed with a hotknife (or something similar). This means that the stitches will last and there will be no fraying during use. I am very pleased that my customers will receive a quality product in a quality pouch! Thank you!

Pamela, thank you for pointing out the Fetpak's Organza Pouches are high quality and that not all Organza Pouches are alike. We appreciate the positive review.

This is a cut and paste of the email I wrote to fetpack sunday night, its now wednesday evning and I havent heard anything from them. Hello, the following is in reference to order #********. I placed this order on Aug 3rd before the shipping cutoff time, it wasn't until the 5th that I was contacted by email that the order couldn't be delivered to the provided shipping address without further documentation (documents that I do not provide any other vendor in the same scenario). I wasn't able respond until the 6th, at which point a spoke with Diana (ext.123). Diana explained further what the email stated and informed me the order could ship normally to the billing address of the credit card. What Diana failed to mention was that 18 items (well over 5% of the total order) from my order would not ship because they were "on back order". "Back order" may be common practice to you but it clearly says you don't have a grasp on your own stock. I should not have been able to order a product intended for "same-day shipping" that wasn't in your possession. To sum this up: * Over 48hrs from placing the order until contact about issues (for an order that should have shipped that day) * Exclusion of information about an already less-than-ideal-order * Selling products you don't have in stock, back order=nothing. I don't appreciate: the time wasted from when the order should have shipped to the time it did; not being informed of your current stock levels; my order not shipping in full. Had Diana mentioned the back order items I would have asked that diff items be sent that were in stock. If I wanted to wait for items to ship from China-I would order from China, which I do for certain products and probably will for these from now on. The only bonus to ordering from you is you ship free from 2 states away on the same day. That is all null and void considering the circumstance. I'm pretty curious as to why you think I should continue to use your service. Final note: of my order of 2 (2x1,000) D1212 $ RO APPLE RECL BAGS- DESIGN .5X.5", 100 individual bags were missing (1 100pack). So now on top of my 200,000 bag order being late, partially on back order and missing bags,-I have to 1. count every bag to confirm their existence 2. worry that any order in the future will be missing elements, including the back order items yet to come.

Dan, August 3rd was a Sunday and you placed an order with over 50 different items on it, but we agree that you should have received a response from us on Monday, not Tuesday the 5th. We agree that you should have been informed of the items backordered. This was an error by one of our customer service reps. We apologize for that. Fetpak's fill rate is usually 98% which makes us surpass every competitor in the packaging business. We slipped this time and it was under 95%. This is still a good rate, but of course below what our customers expect from us. As a side note regarding ordering from China, when Fetpak imports (we do not import all items as we prefer buying from USA companies) we order full 40 foot containers. Values of containers are upwards of $70,000. This gives us pricing power with our overseas suppliers which we pass on to our customers. On the missing bags, while it's very unusual for a manufacturer to short us, we will issue a credit for those. After we received your email stating your concerns on August 10th at 10:43 PM, we contacted you by phone the next day, Aug 11th. We called to try to resolve these issues, but could only leave a message on your voice mail. We haven't heard back from you until this review. Please call us at 631-864-3090 as we are sure we can work out any problem you have experienced with this order.
