I have bought three shadowstix. The first got very dry. I reordered and the new one arrived with a hairline crack in the cap. I contacted Fenty and they replaced it. I then noticed that my original had also had a hairline crack, explaining why it dried out. Now my new one has a hairline crack and has dried out. It has never left my bathroom. The packaging is clearly unfit for purpose.

Ich habe bei Fenty Beauty das erste Mal bis jetzt bestellt. Nach meiner Bestellung habe ich eine Bestellbestätigung bekommen und dann hatte ich gar keine Info mehr. Aufgrund der ganzen negativen Bewertungen habe ich Panik bekommen, dass mein Geld weg ist und ich die Ware niemals erhalten werde. Ich habe daraufhin den Kundenservice kontaktiert und nach ca 4 Tagen eine Antwort bekommen, dass meine Ware unterwegs ist. Nach ca zwei Wochen nach meiner Bestellung vom 30.11.24 habe ich die Ware einwandfrei und vollständig erhalten. Deswegen kann ich die ganzen negativen Bewertungen hier nicht nachvollziehen.

I returned my order at the end of March and still haven’t received my refund. It’s been weeks with no update. I sent an email to customer service and haven’t gotten a reply. Very disappointing experience—definitely not ordering from here again unless this gets resolved. Additionally, the highlighter I decided to keep started to break after minimal use. It wasn’t dropped, nor did I even travel with it. I complained about this issue too, but again, no response. Completely frustrated with the lack of customer support.

Will refund for no reason. Then offer you 35€ store credit after a 100€+ price increase on your order. Will not shop fast.

This has been an absolute mockery. My order was sent back to Fenty 30 minutes after delivery at the local parcel shop, for no apparent reason. I contacted customer service and they said there was nothing they could do, so they refunded me. They also mentioned that, because I bought the items on discount, I could reorder the items (now no longer on discount) and they would provide store credit so that I would pay the same price. They’ve fully ghosted me. I am entitled to £24 in store credit, and now there’s no one responding to my emails/chatbox messages. I’ve been messaging pretty much daily for a week, to no avail. I have no choice but to boycott this embarrassing brand.
