FentyBeautyReviews of fentybeauty.com

All my items came in great condition. The items came before the expected date ( 2 days). I also got a 15% of next order voucher and a free Fb gift. The body butter is heavenly and I will be repurchasing it along with the fat water, deep conditioner, curl cream, clarifying shampoo & the lip gloss. I would 100% recommend this company and their products.

Im loving Fenty beauty,it's definitely worth the price. Ive purchased their diamond bomb highlighter, contour stick and lip gloss and they're all amazing products. The highlighter is beautiful and lasts all day on my skin. The contour stick sculpts my face beautifully and adds dimension to my face. But the fenty gloss lasts at least a few hours on my lips and makes my features pop!

This has been the worst customer experience of my life. Before placing my order, I explicitly asked Fenty Beauty’s customer support for free shipping due to financial constraints. An agent confirmed and promised me free shipping before I placed the order. They also acknowledged my 15% discount code was not working and instructed me to complete the purchase anyway, assuring me that both the discount and the shipping fee would be refunded afterward. I trusted their word and followed their instructions in good faith. Fenty only refunded the 15% discount — which I was entitled to — but refused to refund the €8 shipping fee, despite their clear promise. When I tried to get answers, I was ignored, disconnected repeatedly, and ultimately blocked from contacting support. To make matters worse, I discovered I was internally labeled a “problematic customer” simply for insisting on what was rightfully mine. It’s been over a month with no response to my emails or messages. This is not just poor service — it’s blatant dishonesty, disrespect, and abuse of customer trust. I am not wealthy — this was a special gift for my mother. Fenty has taken my money and treated me like garbage. Fenty still owes me €8, and I will continue to demand accountability until this is publicly addressed and resolved. No customer deserves to be mistreated and silenced like this.

not sure what’s with the negative reviews but my experience with Fenty has been amazing. never had any issues with orders, came on time as promised! i got my makeup done for my birthday and the artist used the fenty foundation, it’s amazing! it doesn’t feel heavy or cakey at all. honestly, i forgot i was even wearing foundation until i got home that night. plus love the lip glosses too. can’t wait to try more products in the future!

Products caused allergic reaction. Purchased over £100 worth of facial products. Contacted customer service 4 times with no reply. I do not have sensitive skin but products caused severe itching and skin dryness. No help from Fenty at all, no refund and no replacement. Extremely disappointing.

I like your products, but I’m very disappointed with the experience at the official store. Customers deserve to be treated seriously, and unfortunately, this has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve had. Orders are canceled without clear explanations, and shipping takes an unreasonably long time. This level of service is unacceptable for an official brand store. I believe the current team managing the store is not competent, and it reflects poorly on your brand, Rihanna. As this is your official store, I urge you to take action and ensure it meets the standards expected from a global name—not something that feels unreliable or unprofessional.
