Fender Musical Instruments CorporationReviews of fender.com

I requested information about a vintage Custom Shop guitar that I had bought from a local music store, and got a lot of information about my guitar. Fender customer service expert was very kind, quick and helpful. It was also very nice that my questions, meaning several emails back and forth, were handled by the same expert all the time.

The fender advisors responded the next day with the advise and instruction details I needed to complete my custom setup. They answered my question with complete detailed satisfaction!

I had a problem with my guitar, contacted customer service about it and explained what was wrong, as it was still under warranty they sent a UPS ticket so I could send it back to them so they could have a look at it. So I sent my guitar back, it was picked up on Mon and by Thu I had a new guitar at my door. Customer services was brilliant couldn't do enough for me I would totally recommend getting a fender not just for the guitar but for the after service as well. For the service I got I gave them 5 stars, well deserved. 👏👏

My beloved Fender acoustasonic stopped working - tried a number of local guitar repair services but nobody could help - granted, guitar is a bit unusual - mutterings of fender parts, shipping form America, long wait times, lots of £. Somebody suggested I email Fender directly. Within 3 days my guitar had been picked up, repaired and returned. Just, WOW. Unexpected and magical. my faith in humanity has been restored

Amazing customer service! My American Fender Jazzmaster Acoustasonic had issues on stage due to a broken string and ball end that had somehow dropped into the cavity, bridging, shorting and burning out the electrics. Three days after I sent it into Fender they had repaired it with a new output unit and it was back with me ready for a upcoming gig. It's amazing how much we use the sounds available on the Acoustasonic during a gig. The guitar has become a big part of the band's sound and we would literally be lost without it. Its impossible to switch between an acoustic sound to a Jazzmaster electric overdriven sound that quick on stage, even if we had a whole rack of guitars, you couldn't swap over quick enough for the way we have written our songs using the Acoustasonic. Big shout-out to Sam (Fender UK) who sorted my issue out so quickly knowing we had gigs booked. Thanks Fender!
